2009 Kessel Basketball Camp...

The Lady Junior Knights and Coach Kessel would like to thank all the young ladies that participated in the Kessel Basketball Camp at Forest View the week of July 27th... Each and every girl worked and played hard while having a lot of fun. Coach Kessel offered his personal attention to each player and he saw tremendous individual growth in everyone throughout the week long camp. Thanks to each and every Lady Junior Knight and a special thanks to Coach Kessel for putting on such a great camp!!!

Northwestern Wildcat Basketball Game...

Thanks to all of the Lady Junior Knights and Parents that attended the 12/22 Northwestern Women's Wildcat Basketball game. The Lady Junior Knights Coaches and Coach Kelly, the Lady Knights Varsity Coach were very pleased with the level of participation.

The afternoon was a great opportunity for the girls and parents to kick-back, relax; enjoy the company of their fellow Junior Knights while watching an entertaining Division One Basketball Game.

The non-game activities saw the 5^th Grade Team participating in a half-time dribbling and shooting contest with our very own, Kathryn Szukalla winning a number of gifts with her clutch shooting. Also during the game, Emma Dazzo and Katie Villano participated in full-court lay-up contest, while dressed as Vienna Beef Hot Dogs. Ray Pettenuzzo commented that their costumes were authentic, mustard with no ketchup.

A special thanks to all the parents that carpooled the 75 or so Lady Junior Knights to the game. Without their support, the event wouldn't have taken place - Thanks!
